should not be displayed by Members or guests in
any areas of the Club with the exception of the

apply:
• Members and guests are discouraged from
conducting intensive working sessions which would
better be undertaken in a private room.
• Members and guests are asked to exercise
discretion with respect to the volume of paper
or other working materials in use; showing blueprints,
ratification of contracts or viewing other lengthy
documents would be examples of activities inconsistent
with the spirit and intent of the use of business

fellow Members' right to quiet enjoyment of the
Club facilities.
