The following online reservations are available through your member website: Club events, à la carte dining and hotel rooms.
Your website also includes information for booking additional Club services for which online reservations are not currently available. Simply navigate to the page corresponding to your desired service and follow the instructions provided.
Please note that Club event, à la carte dining and hotel room reservations made prior to the website launch will be automatically carried over to the new platform and can be viewed on the My Reservations page, accessible via the Member Central and Reservations sections of the website.
To reserve your table in one of The Vancouver Club's storied venues, navigate to the Dining Reservations page located in both the Reservations and Dining sections of the website.

2. On the reservations page, select your desired location (or leave as Any), party size, dining date, and time and click the 'Search' button.
Note that if you'd like to reserve for a party of 9 or more, your reservation request is most welcome at reservations@vancouverclub.ca
3. Available times will display according to your search criteria.
Click on your desired time or select the red 'Back/Reset' button to return to the prior page and revise your search.
If you are reserving for The Bar & Grill, you may be asked to specify your seating preference in the Grill or Atrium.
4. Please add any allergies, dietary preferences or seating requests for your party in the Comments field.
5. Your name and email address will automatically populate in the first field.
Add your guest's name and email address. If you are unsure who will be joining you, you are welcome to leave these fields empty.
You may reserve for another member by typing the member's name into the field. Their name and email address will auto-populate.
Select the checkbox next to your guest's email address if you would like them to receive email notifications regarding the reservation.
Use the Group Size dropdown to indicate the number of guests each member will be hosting and including under their bill.
6. Click the 'Confirm' button in the bottom left corner.
You will receive an email confirmation with your reservation details as well as a reminder email and follow-up email requesting feedback on your experience.
MODIFY OR CANCEL A RESERVATION
To modify or cancel a reservation, visit the My Reservations page in the Member Central or Reservations sections of the website.
Modifications
1. Click the pen (edit) icon next to the dining location. Or, click the arrow to expand your reservation details and select the 'Edit Reservation' button.
2. Make the changes required to your reservation. To modify your dining location, select the 'Edit Search Criteria' button.
3. Click the 'Update Reservation' button in the lower left corner of the screen.
An email confirmation of your modification will be sent.
Cancellations
1. Click the waste bin (delete) icon next to the dining location. Or, click the arrow to expand your reservation details and select the 'Cancel Reservation' button.
An email confirmation of your cancellation will be sent.
