The following reminders are provided to ensure you and your fellow Members’ optimal enjoyment of this popular hub on the Club’s fourth floor.
Etiquette Reminders:
- When passing through the Quiet Work Zone, your cooperation in maintaining this silent area is much appreciated. Please refrain from any calls or conversations, and remember to gently close the door between the Quiet and Communal Work Zones.
- Individual desks in the Quiet Work Zone are perfect for when a project requires your uninterrupted focus. Calls, virtual meetings and in-person conversations are not permitted, unless you are in a closed Privacy Pod. Kindly move to the Communal Work Zone if the need arises. Please contact the Concierge for availability and to reserve.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues in the Communal Work Zone with options for lounge seating or meetings at small or large tables. Please be mindful of your volume when taking calls or meetings in the Communal Work Zone. Calls are not permitted on speaker and use of headphones is required.
- When confidentiality is key, be sure to book the Ante Room (Private Meeting Room), available for a maximum of 3 hours. Please contact the Concierge for availability and to reserve.
The À la Carte team is delighted to serve Members in the Coworking Space from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. After 3:00 pm, please scan a Call for Service QR code, available throughout each room, to place your order or request assistance.
