The following online reservations are available through your member app: member events, à la carte dining and hotel rooms.
Your app also includes information for booking additional Club services for which online reservations are not currently available. Simply navigate to the page corresponding to your desired service and follow the instructions provided.
Please note that Club event, à la carte dining and hotel room reservations made prior to the website launch will be automatically carried over to the new platform and can be viewed on the My Reservations page, accessible via the Member Central and Reservations sections of the app.
To view and reserve for events hosted at your Clubhouse, open the app on your mobile device. Once logged in and on the home screen, select Menu (3 bars) in the lower right corner.
In the Reservations drop-down menu, select Member Events to view a listing of events that take place exclusively at the Club.
Or, select Club Calendar to view a listing including member events, concerts and games.
Note: Select Concerts & Games to view a listing of ticketed events. Reservation requests for concerts and games are most welcome at tickets@vancouverclub.ca
On the Member Events page, browse the listing or search for specific events. Then, click on your desired event for further details and to make your reservation.
On the Club Calendar page, click on your desired event and a pop-up will appear with the time and location of the event. Click the ‘View Details’ button for the event description and pricing, and to make a reservation.
RESERVE FOR YOURSELF
1. To reserve only for yourself, ensure the Self option is checked in the Book For box.1.
Your member number, name and email address will automatically populate in the attendee box.
2. If you would like the event confirmation and notifications to be sent to an alternate email address, please edit the Comments / Contact field accordingly.
Note that you may be asked questions regarding allergies, dietary preferences or seating requests
3. Click the ‘Create Reservation’ button on the bottom of the screen.
You will receive an email confirmation with your reservation details. You will also receive an email after the event requesting feedback on your experience.
RESERVE FOR YOURSELF & GUESTS
1. To reserve for yourself and one or more guests, check the both the Self and Adults and Children / Guest options in the Book For box.
A box will display allowing you to select the total number of adults and children in your party. Member / Guest fields will then appear below to reflect your selection.
Your member number, name and email address will automatically populate in the first attendee box.
In the subsequent attendee box(es), your name and member number hyphenated by Guest will automatically populate in the Member / Guest field and your email address will appear in the Comments / Contact field.
If you are not yet sure of the name of the attendee, please leave this field with the auto-populated information.
2. If you know who your attendee will be, please delete the auto-populated name and email address and enter the attendee’s details.
Note that you may be asked questions regarding allergies, dietary preferences, seating requests, or children’s ages.
3. Click the ‘Create Reservation’ button in the bottom of the screen.
You will receive an email confirmation with your reservation details. You will also receive an email after the event requesting feedback on your experience.
RESERVE FOR YOUR SPOUSE &/OR CHILD
1. To reserve for your spouse and/or child, uncheck the Self option and check the Adults and Children / Guest option in the Book For box.
A box will display allowing you to select the total number of adults and children attending. Member / Guest fields will then appear below to reflect your selection.
In the attendee box(es), your name and member number hyphenated by Guest will automatically populate in the Member / Guest field and your email address will appear in the Comments / Contact field.
If you are not yet sure of the name of the attendee, please leave this field with the auto-populated information.

MODIFY OR CANCEL A RESERVATION
To modify or cancel a reservation, visit the My Reservations page in the Member Central section of the app.
Modifications
1. Click the pen (edit) icon next to the event location. Or, click the arrow to expand your reservation details and select the ‘Edit Reservation’ button.
2. Make the changes required to your reservation.
3. Click the ‘Update Reservation’ button.
An email confirmation of your modification will be sent.
Cancellations
1. Click the waste bin (delete) icon next to the event location. Or, click the arrow to expand your reservation details and select the ‘Cancel Reservation’ button.
An email confirmation of your cancellation will be sent.
If the reservation you wish to cancel is for an event within 72 hours, members will not have the ability to cancel their reservation online and will be required to contact reservations@vancouverclub.ca for assistance.
Kindly note that select Club event reservations are final and do not allow for cancellations or transfers.
