Same-Day Special Conditions

‍

• The Same-Day discounted rate will become available for any unoccupied room at 1:00 pm each day and be offered until 11:30 pm.
• This rate is non-refundable.
• The Same-Day discounted rate is valid for 1 night only. Members must check out at 11:00 am the following morning or may extend at the regular Member rate.
• Room is to be used for accommodation only and not to host guests after the Club’s outlets close for the night. Maximum room occupancy may not be exceeded — ideally, a Member plus up to one guest.
• This rate is available for Members only and for one room per night only. A Member may not book this rate for friends or guests. If it is determined that a Member did so, they will be charged the full rate and receive a follow-up from the Member Services Manager or General Manager.
• Any misuse of the facilities or this policy will result in a suspension of this benefit, and the Discipline Committee will be made aware of any incident or complaint.
